Management of the merchant fulfilment process
• Application approval process
• Application vetting
• Application capturing
• Terminal deployment requests
• Quality checking through audit trails
• Service level agreement management

Third party stakeholder management
• Banking partners
• TransUnion
• EFTPOS deployment
• EFTPOS finance team
• EFTPOS sales team
• Ensure merchant fees are loaded timeously and correctly to minimize revenue leakage
• Quality check on merchant statement and ensure that statement are archived for future usages
• Ensure adherence to merchant application approval policy
• Attend to merchant service queries and ensure that queries are attended to within SLA
• Keep relevant MIS up to date
• Monitor the management of all documents retention activities
• Provide evidence of the networking with colleagues from other areas within merchant acquiring to share problem resolution and best practices
• Optimization of policies, processes and procedures to ensure effective operations within department
• Management of key risk and controls within the department
• Effective management of merchant financial queries
• Daily management of admin staff

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:
• Matric
• Min 3 years Card Acquiring / Issuing experience
• Knowledge FICA, KYC, CIPC
• Card Scheme regulations
• Computer Literacy MS Office proficiency/ Excel, Word
• MasterCard match system prime
• Postilion
• TransUnion
