Qualification:
CA (SA)
Minimum 0 - 1 years’ post article experience
Skills & Experience:
Need to be able to work independently
Ability to work quickly and under pressure
Excellent problem solving
IFRS, Income Tax Act and Companies Act
Job Description:
Mergers and Acquisition
Investigate and analyse investment opportunities.
Perform and manage finance / commercial Due Diligence on acquisition target.
Manage HR, Commercial, Operational and Network Due Diligence outcomes.
Prepare and propose deal structure and valuation.
Prepare Investment case for acquisitions.
Prepare Q&A documentation.
Manage the legal and secretarial requirements for the conclusion of the deal.
Manage implementation date.
Handover of target to financial and operational teams.
Post-deal administration (earn-outs).
Corporate Finance
Preparation of operational and commercial information (users, ARPU etc).
Reconciliation and so forth of earnings, revenue and users.
General Finance
Assist with budgets
Assist with annual audit of group entities.
Assist with financial admin relating to integration of WISPs.
Assist with Adhoc internal audit projects.
