Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an MIBI Sr.Analyst has just become available on our brand new campaign based in Century City.

Key responsibilities:
•Design and develop new reports, automate existing reports and build validations for quality checks
•Create, update and maintain existing dashboards
•Process data load requests, enter data, reconcile data conflicts and create data extracts and reports
•Recommend & produce actionable insights and manage the delivery of business cases

Qualifications required:

Essential
•Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
•Advanced Microsoft Excel
•Hold or working towards:
•A certification in MS SQL Server database management or similar
•BPO experience across multiple functions
•Any certification in Visualization

Experience required:
•Minimum 2-years’ experience in MIS reporting
•Minimum 2-years’ experience in Outbound capability (Dialler strategies etc)
•Visualization of Data to support campaigns or clients with actionable insights to support decision making (Qlikview, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, PowerBI)
•Experience with SQL will be beneficial
•Experience in managing and organising large sets of data
•Experience in statistical tools (Minitab, Tableau, SAS, Python, R etc) would be beneficial
