• FOOD SCIENCE DEGREE
• DIPLOMA IN BIOTECHNOLOGY
• EXP IN FOOD SCIENCE IN MICRO LAB FOR MIN OF 2 YEARS
• KNOWLEDGE OF ISO 17025
• GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE TEST REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD, FOOD HYGIENE AND FOOD PREMISES HYGIENE
• EXP IN MS OFFICE, EXCEL, WORD & POWER POINT

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the microbiological laboratory and deliver services to the production and quality control departments .

Fully computer literate : skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Power point
