System Centre Ops / Config Management
WSUS
Virtual Machine Man
ITIl
Microsoft Platforms and operations - supply 2 line support
Ticket tool & Change management

Matric certificate and or MCP / MCSA / MCSE / MCITP
3 years working experience in a similar role
3 years working in a large corporate Microsoft server environment
3 years patch management in a large environment
Exp with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
