A Mid Front End Developer is wanted for a position with a well-established digital company in the Cape Town Area. The client is looking for a self-motivated candidate who is a great communicator and who is well organised and who has a GREAT personality.

Requirements:
• Degree or relevant National Diploma
• 3-5 Years relevant experience
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (Backbone, AngularJS)
• HTML5 and CSS3 as well as responsive design expert
• Experience with a CSS Pre-processor {LESS, SASS, etc.}
• Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
• Solid experience in fluid layout and positioning, browser behaviour and compatibility, and cross-browser issues and solutions
• Exceptional UI, UX and highly dynamic web interface development skills
• Mobile/tablet optimisation

Advantageous:
Experience with Ruby on Rails, .Net, Python, NodeJS and/or similar
ActionScript 3 and knowledge of the Robotlegs framework
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Exposure to scrum (or another Agile methodology)
Source control knowledge (Git)
Experience with Canvas/WebGL
