Our fantastic Client, based in Cape Town, currently seeks to employ a Mid-level Campaign Manager focusing on PPC/ display within the digital marketing industry. Your 1 -3 years’ experience in setting up a campaign from scratch coupled with your people management expertise would be highly advantageous for this amazing role.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in campaign management focusing on PPC/Display
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience within the following fields: Adwords, Doubleclick Search/DCM/DBM
Sizmek, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager
• Having a qualification in IT and digital marketing would be preferred

Duties:
• Have the ability to set up a campaign from scratch - from trafficking creative, setting up and implementing tracking to creating specific targeting strategies based on set KPIs
• Take on responsibility for the planning and forecasting of schedules
• Incorporate testing into campaigns - for example creative testing, landing page testing, day-part targeting and keyword expansion
• Take responsibility for the production of results and competitive analysis - Reporting campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, (with fair support from Associate Specialists)
• Able to optimise accounts to meet client KPIs and objectives
• Have knowledge and experience of using campaign management tools - for example, Doubleclick, Analytics packages such as Google Analytics and Omniture, as well as market research and Display tools including Google Insights for Search and Display
• Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in delivering effective client service
• Demonstrate a good competency of using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Google Office Suite.
• Be administratively and organizationally competent

Financial Responsibilities
• Deal with invoice queries quickly, alerting a senior team member to problems if necessary
• Be responsible for requesting and chasing POs
• Ensure that all budgets are entered into platforms correctly and budgets are paced correctly on a daily basis
• Ensure that agreed budgets are not exceeded

People Management
• Liaise with line manager and aid in training and development of the Associate Specialists
• Ensure that Associate Specialists take control and ownership of their roles within the account management process and that they understand the importance of their part

Salary: R12 000 – R17 000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
