Salary: R22 000 – R35 000 per month

The client is a a software developer focusing on Microsoft technologies (Visual Basic, Visual Basic .Net, C# ASP.Net, SQL Server) and Oracle solutions

Minimum Requirements
3 years or more in Visual Basic.Net and/or C#
Experience in developing web based applications is key
Database experience is a necessity with an understanding of stored procedures and triggers in SQL Server or Oracle
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical abilities and be able to problem solve and troubleshoot
Academic qualifications are less important than a proven track record of developing enterprise software solutions
Insurance system experience will be beneficial
Developers must have own transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Focusing on software development in the financial services industry and a couple of blue chip insurance clients.
We are looking for a developer who can work on web based solutions.
The candidate will spend 80% of their time developing leading edge solutions in Visual Basic.Net, C# and ASP.Net on .Net Framework 4.0 using Visual Studio 2010 including AJAX and 20% on classic ASP and Visual Basic systems

who only work from specifications
Our developers are involved in the full SDLC and will be required to liaise with clients, understand requirements and be part of the solution design, as well as being responsible for building the solutions
