Mid Sales Account Manager - Umhlanga

ZaPOP is looking for a dynamic, vibrant, driven and well-presented Mid Account Manager. The successful incumbent must be a self-starter, confident, able to identify and seize opportunities, have the ability to sell at the highest level and build trust with various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Present, negotiate and sell strategically to achieve sales targets
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
Proactively keep abreast of clients' marketing plans, and provide solutions
Ensure that client needs and requirements are understood, interpreted and communicated accurately and that their expectations are met and exceeded at all times
Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with clients by building relationships through regular contact (meetings, email and phone follow ups)
Ensure high standard of customer service at all times
Manage campaign administration of proposals and contracts
Bring about campaign implementation, management and feedback to clients
Source, develop and manage new clients

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent
Diploma or Degree in Marketing (advantageous).
Minimum of 3-4 years sales/account management experience in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of FMCG industry Brand Management, Retail/Merchandising, and Digital Media would be advantageous
MS Office – Intermediate level
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
