RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced MID-WEIGHT SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER / VISUAL COMMUNICATOR for a well-established Durban based company.

This position would be an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the advertising world.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant graphic design qualification/s.
2-5 years previous working experience in a similar position.
Be an expert in illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
Be conceptual in thinking / deadline driven.
Must be able to communicate well with professional clients
Must have great design flair (brands are aimed at women and babies).
Must be able to do rough scamps/ideas with clients.
The person must be able to work independently.
Set-up artwork for print and to supply graphics for digital media.
Must be able to come up with clear headlines and be able to work with a copywriter.
Must be able to work a bit of overtime when required (very seldom).

Salary offered: R17 000-00 – R20 000-00 per month (negotiable, depending on previous experience / qualifications).
