Key Responsibilities:

• Foetal assessment by means of CTG, palpation & auscultation
• Detection of abnormalities in antenatal and postnatal patients
• Management of patient in labour
• Assessment of the newborn & detection of abnormalities
• Administration of medication as per doctor’s orders
• Breastfeeding advice and early detection of problems
• Assist the mother with care of the newborn

Requirements:

• Registered Midwife with SANC
• Minimum 2 years’ experience rotating through Labour ward, postnatal and antenatal
