A large automobile manufacturing company is looking for 5 millwrights to join their team. KPI’s include: Support production in achieving all Product, Process and System Quality targets by ensuring that all equipment is maintained and in good working order; Eliminating electrical and equipment failure by means of preventative maintenance in order to optimise product quality plant availability and reliability; Provide training to operators and trainees on Safety and use of equipment to ensure that all equipment and work areas are safe; Support the production team in achieving the flexibility targets and production volume, by quick response to break down and eliminating equipment failures by commissioning equipment prior to start -up. Requirements to include a minimum 5 years related experience in electrical and maintenance, in an automated production environment and a recognized trade test. Essential requirements include: Problem Solving Skills; Technical and Analytical Skills; Experience on ALTERNATING CURRENT frequency drives; thorough knowledge and experience on PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER systems.
