Job Description
Carry out PRAGMA inspections, adhoc, breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
Safety custodian for area of responsibility and ensure compliance.
Mould changes according to production plan
Standby duties and call-outs.
General housekeeping and ensure OHSAct compliance.
Waste reduction and elimination.
Training of department maintenance team and process controllers.
Rebuild of equipment and continuous improvement projects/initiatives.
Reporting and acting on unsafe acts and conditions.
Ensure Process Controllers adhere to process controls standards.
Srictly maintain standards in the plant and adhere to all safety rules and procedures
Shutdown action plan and execution.
Shutdown resource allocation. .
