Largest national roof tile manufacturer is looking for a well experienced and very sound technical Fitter or Millwright with supervisory experience to join the manufacturing team in Limpopo very urgently to operate and maintain plant and equipment in order to ensure minimum production downtime, maximum life span of equipment ns production of quality products

Qualifications:

Trade test – Fitter / Mechanical fitter / Millwright pref Olifantsfontein

Experience:

Min 5 yrs experience in manufacturing environment – aggregate or concrete environment would be pref

Safe environment is maintained in the daily maintenance procedure

If millwright strong on both electrical and mechanical maintenance

Experience on 220V and 380Velectrical panels and control circuits

Worked on both HT and LT

PLC exp adv

Responsible for all boiler making work to be done

Requirements of planned maintenance systems as fastidiously carried out

Affect the necessary settings to plant and machinery to ensure QA standards are adhered to

Change tooling to enable the manufacture of alternate tile profiles as required

Communicate, consult and report to production foreman on all matters relating to the maintenance of the plant

Abide by OHS and Company Safety regulations, personnel and operational policies as amended from time to time

Must be willing to work overtime and standby

License and own vehicle
