Responsibilities:
The effective execution of all maintenance and repairs on machinery
Provide the necessary assistance to artisans working on breakdowns
Ensure modifications and work done by artisans comply with standards
Actively be involved in all maintenance/service tasks, closely working with agents to ensure equipment standards and
supplier conformance
Maintain and repair instrumentation, process control equipment and automation systems
Work according to Company safety procedures
Report on production availability and continually strive to improve productivity
Provide technical and specialist support
2IC in absence of Maintenance Manager
Do fault finding on failures and take corrective action
Perform preventative maintenance
Assist with maintenance administration

Requirements:
Trade tested Millwright
Must have Supervisory experience
N4 to N6 will be an added advantage
5 years' experience in a similar environment
Specialist maintenance experience on Tetra Pak Processing plant including sterilizers, pasteurizers, standardizers, homogenizers.
Understanding of technical drawings and technical guides
Be able to work independently and under pressure
Must be prepared to do Engineering standby, work weekends, overtime and public holidays
