Our client in the plastics industry is looking for a Millwright to setup, correct, adjust, convert and optimize all robotics on in mould labeling injection moulding machines

Key Responsibilities
- Will be working on robotic systems.
- Fault finding and repair of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
- Do conversions on robots from one product to another.
- Adjusting PLC programs to optimal performance.
- Servicing of robot systems.
- Reduction of scrap and set-up time on all robots as well as optimization of all robots


Key Requirements
- Mechatronic qualification advantageous.
- Matric.
- Electric/electronics min N3.
- Mechanical min N3.
- A good understanding of pneumatics.
- Servo motors, servo drives and PLC experience.
- IML injection moulding experience
