Qualifications / Skills:
Qualified Millwright
Work related experience
FMCG Experience
Highly flexible in terms of working hours (will be required to work overtime on a regular basis and to do standby duty)
Ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a lean environment and meet all physical requirements to do the job
Solid interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse working environment

Responsibilities:
- Installing industrial machines and mechanical equipment according to layout plans and using hand- and power tolls
- Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions
- Adjusting machinery and repairing and replacing defective parts
- Ensuring operating safety devices function properly on completion of repairs, modifications and installations
- Participating in the Preventative Maintenance Program and work according to set work performance outputs
- Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and related documentation
- Cleaning, lubricating and performing other routing maintenance work on machineries
- Adhering to workplace safety policies / regulations and compliances
- Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe work area
- Performing other related duties as assigned
