Requirements:

Grade 12
Trade Test Millwright
N3 Qualification
Experience in the Heavy Engineering Industry
4-6 Years experience as a Millwright
Driver's License

Experience:

Electrical: Transformers, AC & DC Motors, Slipring motors, Basic Instrumentation(Fault Finding)

Fitting & Turning: Replacement of bearings, Maintaining of equipment (Belt Conveyors, Elevators, Screw Conveyors, Mills & Kilns)

Purpose of the Job:
1 Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery in production and manufacturing environment
2 Maintain high levels of availability and reliability of plant, equipment and tools through strict application of company maintenance practices, principles and procedures
3 Compliance to relevant legal requirements and safe operation of plant, equipment and tools
4 Reduce unplanned stops by means of conducting proactive maintenance
