Mining Venture has a position open for a Mine Manager (Coal). Only suitably qualified qualified and meet the requirements of the position, are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

Minimum Requirements:

Industry related Degree or Diploma NQF Level 7
National Honours Degree MDP.MBA advantageous
Compilation of life of mine plan, tonnages mined grades and destination of various rock types
Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual technical reports and reconciliation reports.
To prepare and sign off detailed SAMREC compliant mineral reserve statements for the mine.
Research, document and implement best practice mining engineering standards and procedures
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (coal)
6-7 years relevant experience
