• ESSENTIAL IS MINGH ENVIRONMENT HR GENERALIST EXPERIENCE
• EXP OF MANPOWER BUDGETING
• CAREER & SUCCESSION PLANNING
• HR DEVELOPMENT
• EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
• EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF SAP HR
• MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK & POWER POINT)
• VALID SA DRIVER’S LICENCE
• GOOD WRITTEN, VERBAL SKILLS
The role:
• Manage the effective scoping, planning and delivery of HR specialist support and services within their area of responsibility
• Coordinates input into and participation with relevant HR processes on behalf of CLIENT Corporate Office (Including employee relations, development, org effectiveness, transformation, performance management and reward processes)
• Provide support and guidance for effective workforce planning and resourcing requirements to a defined level within the Operation environment
• Ensuring that structures and roles within the operation are well defined and clarified and that competencies and learning paths are developed according to requisite organisation theory and practice
• Coordinate, manage the implementation of talent management audit, individual development plan process and department action plans in association with relevant HR Advisor and the Assessment Advisor
• Coordinate and manage and implementation of the performance management process in association with relevant HR Advisor and Specialist Remuneration
• Assist in maintaining sound employee relations through continuous coaching, consulting, negotiating and counselling with various stakeholders
• Manage the delivery of HR services such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, reward, management incapacity cases and employee relations through technical proficiency
• Participate and identify cost saving initiatives within area of control
• Manage and approve budgetary expenditures within authorisation limits
• Analyse data and determine improvement and development areas within the HR value chain
• Develop an improvement plan to address development areas, and track and report on progress made
• Implement and facilitate climate and cultural interventions for CLIENT in Sishen
• Implement and facilitate organisational effectiveness and transformational strategy
