Proper and sufficient communication with clients (Internal and external)
Mining and fleet administration compiling of sales packs etc.
Capturing and processing of new orders, amendments and additions
Coordinating with project manager on running projects
Customer Liaison for mining, fleet and tracking requirements
Liaising with the planning department on projects
Liaising with stores on order status, delivery times and ETA of equipment
Liaising with customers on order status, delivery times and ETA of equipment
Filing of all related documents in relevant files
Retrieve documents from relevant files when requested
Respond to queries
Assist with ad-hoc projects when required
Tender completion assistance
Reporting on running project status
Telesales
Handling irate clients, customer services and technical queries
Statistic and monthly report
Accurate records and memorandums of projects and customers
Follow up on all outstanding matter on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met
Job Requirements Educational Requirements & experience needed:
Matric Certificate
Sales administration support experience of at least 3 years
Previous experience in interacting with external customers
