Junior MIS Analyst MS SQL to setup & maintain all workflow processes on MIS system. Manage and deliver data and information to the business according to business policies & priorities. Report to Operational Director

MS SQL Server 2012 – Admin & Querying
Writing SQL queries
Database design
Excellent Excel
Strong Maths, stats and logical
Clear effective communication (verbal & written English & Afrikaans) with both tech & non-technical personnel
Deadline and result driver able to work in highly energetic environment
To Do:
Take responsibility for network maintenance
Work closely with outsourced system providers to build work flow in M.I.S system
Maintain M.I.S system to ensure on-going delivery of client information to business on time
Publish information accurately
Resolve production issues to ensure that information delivered according to user expectation
Continuously identify and improve processes and procedures to minimize negative impact to procedures, data and business reporting.
Integrate data into relevant workflow processes, to continuously improve what the company does and how it does it
Monitor the environment to proactively engage in preventative activities and to maintain an environ that is easy to understand and troubleshoot
Deliver data and information to the business in line with business priorities, according to quality standards, within the agreed time constraints
Integrate new sources of data into company databases to be analysed and included in relevant reports
Work closely with business partner in conceptualizing, defining and delivering new reports, as well as improving existing ones
Analysis of data from various sources in order to ensure that the business acts proactively on the information at its disposal
Education of report end-users so as to ensure a maximum spread of expertise around the company
