Overview:-

The candidate must have confidence that their quality of work will withstand the rigors of an environment where outages are measured in seconds. We're seeking a creative iPhone/Android mobile application developer who thinks outside the box. The candidate will be involved in every step of the development process, from brainstorming product ideas, to pushing apps out the door. The candidate will also contribute to our existing portfolio of mobile apps and will help maintain these apps to ensure they continue to function flawlessly across new iOS and Android releases.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
Integrate technical and application components to meet business requirements
Code and test program modules that meet design specifications
Maintain, tune and repair applications in order to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications
Identify configuration changes to applications so that they meet business process requirements
Read, understand and effectively implement application specifications into database design
Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team
Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
Communicate and enforce coding standards
Create well designed, reusable objects

Minimum Requirements:-
BSc in Computer Science Degree or related discipline would be an advantage
Accredited certification: (negotiable if adequate development experience has been acquired) Minimum 2 year experience in a formal SDLC environment

Minimum 3 years of overall iOS & Android development.
Strong Objective-C skills and inside-and-out knowledge of the iOS SDK.
Extensive knowledge of the Android SDK.
Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
Experience using and creating scalable web-based RESTful APIs.
Experience in integration development (HTTP, SOAP, XML, JSON, Corba, raw sockets, etc.)
Demonstrated success in defining and launching mobile apps.
3 years minimum experience in relational database design and creation, SQL query and manipulation and stored procedure creation (MySQL preferred)
Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems would be an advantage
Understand complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs
Understand the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments
Object orientated design and development, with use of design patterns
Experience using social media APIs
Ads integration using a 3rd party ad server (DART)
Using version control (e.g. SVN)
