Minimum Requirements
• Registration with the W&R Seta as an Assessor for the following qualification:
- Wholesale & Retail Operations Supervision (NQF Level 4); Qualification ID: 49397
• Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a moderator
• Advanced knowledge of the training industry specifically Seta’s
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer focused
• Work independently and takes accountability
• Assertive
• Planning and organising
• Attention to detail
• Works well under-pressure
• Deadline orientated
