MOLECULAR ACCOUNT/SALES MANAGER
KZN / Durban
Salary: R24 000 basic + Car Allowance R7 450 + MA etc
Requirements:
BSc Hons in Molecular Science
Histology background or experience - advantageous
2-3 Years in Science/Sales environment
Experience in Molecular Biology and histopathology/cytology
Good communication skills: oral and written
Selling skills, Planning and Organising skills
Assertive, innovative, self-motivated and strong aptitude for customer service
Responsibilities:
Develop business plans for each allocated customer to ensure optimum performance and achievement of set targets
Facilitate resolution of issues experienced with products or services provided
Identify new possible clients as well as opportunities with existing clients in order to further grow the business
Ensure monthly reviewing and reporting of sales to drive annual sales targets and achieve increased revenue and market share
Ensure correct and effective brand awareness at customer sites and offices
Plan and facilitate workshops for existing and new possible clients
Maintain and further build the customer relationship
Maintain interaction with customers in order to provide service excellence
