Training details:

Duration of training is one week formal training followed by 11 weeks of mentoring and coaching.

100% reimbursement of your Gautrain costs during training

50% reimbursement of your Gautrain costs once permanent

Working hours : Monday to Thursday - 8.30 to 4.30 , Friday 8.30 to 3.30

You would be evaluated on a weekly basis based on how well you do in the training

You will have weekly targets so this requires you to be sales and target- driven

Commission is earned per sale

During training, your earning potential is between R2,000 and R11,500 per week, dependent on you reaching minimum criteria.

From then onward, its up to you, the harder you work, the more money you earn.

Permanent details:

Uncapped commission structure and no Claw backs

Growing Basic of R5,500 , this is the type of job where the harder you work the more you earn , our top sales consultant makes a minimum of R80,000 per month, so there is massive earning potential. The over all average in our company is R45 000.00 for our permanent staff.
