We are looking for a top class, high energy Service Manager for a large and busy dealership. You will be responsible for the full productivity and profitability of the Service Department, whilst ensuring effective workflows in the workshop and excellent customer service on the frontline. You will need to have at least 4 years’ Service Management experience within a large Service department of a franchised dealership, billing in excess of 1500 hours and have good knowledge of fleet. Renault or Nissan experience will be a HUGE advantage. A solid work history and contactable references are ESSENTIAL.
