A small and dynamic technology Company in Cape Town is looking for a client-facing MS CRM Developer to join their team.

Duties:
• Leading the team on how to best implement solutions using Microsoft CRM
• Be responsible for supporting key business systems using MSCRM
• Developing and supporting SDK-level customizations to Microsoft CRM to meet client’s specific requirements (Custom Workflows and Plugins)
• Developing and maintaining integration to and from various systems using SSIS and Web Services
• Writing and customizing reports (SQL Reporting Services, etc.)

The ideal candidate should have the following:
• B.SC / B.Eng degree / Diploma in Programming
• MSCRM Certifications
• Demonstrable software development experience (3 - 5 years in software development)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience 2011-2016 (3 years minimum)
• Web services (RESTful)

• J-script (client side scripting)
• SQL (T-SQL)
• SQL Reporting Services
• Exposure to Windows Server and especially Active Directory
• Knowledge of database architecture and design

Abilities:
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
• Code software according to technical specifications whilst adhering to published standards and design guidelines
• Investigate, analyse and document reported defects
• Perform maintenance programming, debug errors and correct identified defects.
• Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
• Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
