Muckleneuk, Pretoria: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (BONDS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 5 years experience in Bond Registrations and Cancellations (All 4 major banks advantageous)
-Computer literate in MS Office, Ghost Convey, Web Convey, E4 and Storedoc
-Knowledge / experience in Transfers advantageous
-Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy, 60 - 70 wpm)
-Experience with loading all types of entities onto Stordoc and knowledge of which documents are necessary for each type of business entity.
-Sectional title/Township experience advantageous
-Takes initiative, with good numerical skills
-Independently functional
-Able to work under pressure
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good client and inter staff relations
-Neat and tidy work ethic and attention to detail is a must
-Stable employment record
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Bond Registrations and Cancellations
-Drafting of legal documentation
-Typing all aspects pertaining to the registration of mortgage bonds and bond cancellations and all related documents, experience with the four major banks will be an advantage.
-Maintaining an efficient and effective departmental filing systems.
-Drafting quotations and pro forma accounts, amendments, itemised billing and final accounting to client.
-Client liaison (correspondence, communication and arrangements with all parties to the transaction.)
-Telephonic attendances
-Preparation process of mortgage bonds and bond cancellations from receipt of instruction to registration in the deeds office and final accounting to the client.
-Attend to Directors’ secretarial requirements (telephone messages, draw diarised files, type letters, send e-mails, type reports, type minutes of meetings, assist in arranging functions, send invitations, attend to daily appointments and assist with departmental
communications.)
-Assisting with marketing and client satisfaction & retention
-General Conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: R 15 000.00 - R 19 000.00 gross CTC (Depending on experience)
