Outbound calls to new and existing clients
Answer inbound calls for new business and existing clients
Advise clients on products on offer
Answer client’s questions
Quickly and efficiently capture client details on system
Liaise with clients via email

Requirements

Matric
2+ Year call centre experience
Excellent verbal and written skills in both Afrikaans (first language) and English
Excellent telephone etiquette
Computer literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Available and flexible to work shifts

Package

Salary R7,500 plus commission
