Mweb require Field Sales Agents & Team Leader wanted in Bellville Cape Town. Full training and support will be provided. Basic plus uncapped commission in addition to daily and weekly incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Close new deals at a high rate - Cultivate new leads within the sales territory - Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis - Maintain records of all sales leads - Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions - Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally - Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions

REQUIREMENTS: - Matric or Equivalent - Be self-motivated, competitive, strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Be able to achieve targets and meet deadlines - Ability to explain and sell financial service and internet connectivity products to customers. - Qualification and experience in the financial services industry or field sales will be an advantage but not compulsory.
