My Credit Check Support Specialist

Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch,
has an entry level position available for a Credit Check Support Specialist.

Key Requirements:
• NQF Level 4 –Matric (Grade 12)
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
• 1 year customer service/sales or call centre experience
• Very strong administration skills

Key Performance Areas:
• Handle all incoming calls, emails or any electronic media form customers
• Processing of thin files rejected by PVS
• Validating FICA documentation
• Activating locked and thin file clients
• Updating consumers information
