Responsibilities
Sales building
- Develop, execute and evaluate sales building plans for their assigned restaurants to include promotions, QSC & V, Visibility / Access, Crew Communications/Incentives and community relations.
- Assist OC/OM with the knowledge and analysis of the trading area of the patch/market.
- Assist OC/OM and Restaurant Management Team with the development and execution of patch/market and restaurants MSM plans.
- Assist OC/OM in building a cohesive community relationship with the government agencies, institutions, merchants, etc in trading area within the patch/market.
- Develop and manage the relationship between organisation and their nearby Community to build sales opportunities for schools, institutions etc.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for all Restaurants.
- Responsible for working with Operations Manager toe develop local marketing tactics MSM.
- Working with Marketing to ensure that execution is aligned to overall strategies.
Training
- Advise Consultants and the Restaurant Managers on the development of MSM plans including promotion execution, and sales opportunities through nearby community relations
- Develop and coach Restaurant Managers within their assigned area of responsibility.
Execution
- Monitor the proper execution and impact of all basic My Store Marketing, marketing, and Community and Public Relations activities for their assigned restaurants and provide appropriate feedback as necessary.
- Follow up on the execution of the Marketing plan.
- Ensure proper use of trademarks, logos and producer’s licenses and make sure all advertising material has legal and creative approval.
- Assist in the Development, approve and follow-up on marketing plans for competitive openings, Grand openings, Play Place openings, High Impact Re-imaged stores.
- Source local merchandising suppliers and find bulk order efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and related tertiary qualification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing function.
- Ability to cope with pressure and adaptability.
- Results-orientated.
- Exhibits the leadership skills to be a team player as well as a team builder.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Driver’s License.
- Excellent communication skills.
