Leading manufacturing firm is seeking Painting / Coating Inspections with experience in the marine or manufacturing industries.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• NACE Certification
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment (Ideally in Oil & Gas, Pressure Vessels, Shipbuilding)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Quality
• Must be able to work shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
• Plan all product control inspections
• Ensure the adequate and flow communication with production in order to coordinate the inspections according to production planning.
• Guarantee correct and efficient use of all equipment.
• Assess and analyze work to ensure smooth flow of material without stoppages.
• Proper interpretation of defect and its evaluation.
• Carryout daily calibration as per specified.
• Attend training program when required. Give training to the inspectors.
• Coordinate inspections as defined in the Production Quality Plan, maintaining and updating related files and records, notifying all departments about eventual no conformities.
• Coordinate inspections on all incoming materials, keeping records and forms updated, as well as inspections on finished products.
• Give information to the organization about defective materials, at all stages of production.
• Distribute and communicate results of the inspections to all department involved.
