National Account Manager

Description

The Strategic Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important customers on behalf of ENAV8. The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales goals and assigned strategic account objectives.

The Strategic Account Manager represents the entire range of client products and services to assigned customers, while leading the account planning cycle and ensuring client needs and expectations are met by the company.

The Strategic Account Manager reports to the ENAV8 Operations Director as well as to the designated client executive.

Responsibilities

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and client expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for at least a one-year period.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

• Achieves assigned sales targets in designated strategic account.
• Achieves strategic client objectives defined by client executive.
• Completes strategic client account plans that meet client standards.
• Maintains high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• Monitor and manage team performance goals and performance objectives

Organisational Alignment

• This position reports to the Operations Director
• The incumbent enlists the support of implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
• Closely coordinates company executive involvement with client management.
• This position will have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities in client account.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant tertiary Marketing or Management qualification
• Required computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Confirmed experience in account management at an executive level
