Remuneration:
R1 Million - R1.3 Million per annum Base Salary + Commission.

Main Functions:
• Revenue Operations
• Marketing Operations
• Ensuring a successful launch of new websites
• Presentations at High Levels
• Selling of Advertising Space
• Marketing the company and its affiliations
• Social Media Management and Marketing
• Manage, track and deliver on the KPIs for sales department
• Provide hands-on leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department
• Manage performance goals for the sales department, and monitor performance on a daily basis
• Complete appropriate business activity reports and forecasts as required
• Coordinate training opportunities and, create a motivating environment for a high-energy sales team
• Conduct coaching and counselling to develop team’s skills

Requirements:
• 5-10years Digital Sales Management Experience and complete understanding thereof
• Minimum of 3 Years experience in Online Advertising
• Experience in the Online Travel Industry would be advantageous
• A degree/qualification would be advantageous
• Experience in Presentations at a high level
• STRONG BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Full understanding of Media Consumption amongst consumers in Africa and South Africa
• Strong Social Media experience and Skills
