National on Premise Distribution Manager
Introduction
Represent a leading FMCG company by defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures an optimum customer service as a National Distribution Manager. Under this role, encourage the Regional Distributors Managers to define ad hoc action plans for the distributors in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand in each area.
Description
Share with the National OP Manager the responsibility of achieving the objectives of volume and distribution for the OP channel
Ensure the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan
Maintain the correct stock levels in each distribution area
Define long-term distribution model for the country
Perform the annual investing and sales estimate for each distribution area
Design and implement actions within the Business Plan focused on the development of the distribution model
Create and develop a strong commercial relationship with the top distributors, based on a win-win focus
Lead by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential
Analyses all variables that can affect the development of the brand in his/her area of responsibility and defines action plans to manage deviations
Is responsible for the correct management of the budget and for the control and replacement of the free goods
Gather periodical necessary information from the distributors (stocks, global sales, agreed consumptions) and share it internally with the people who may be affected
Report periodically about evolution of the Distribution's objectives
Profile
3 to 5 years' experience in On Premise Channel leading sales teams
Previous successful experience as a Manager
Strong analytical, planning and financial skills
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context
EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Very high negotiation and communication skills
Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills
