Job Description
Our Client is seeking a 35 to 45-year-old experienced National Operations Manager/Director for a food manufacturing & distribution company, with branches in Gauteng, Durban & Cape Town. The role involves developing & implementation health & safety & operational systems. Further, to have the ability to work with & contribute to boardroom strategy discussions, at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will -

> have at least 3 years running a large regional warehousing & logistics operation or a smaller national network

> experience in a food manufacturing& logistics environment

> be a strong leader as well as Team player

> have a thorough knowledge of food safety & audits

> not sure to get stuck in & get your hands dirty

> a minimum of grade 12 qualification

> reside in Johannesburg

Ideal Candidate: 35 to 45.

Region: based in Jhb to travel to KZN & Cape Town branches as well

Package: R50k to R65k, depending on experience, plus all big company perks + incentive bonuses
