Highly successful luxury fashion lifestyle brand is looking for a young, driven Manager

Our Client is looking for someone who has a proven track record in the 5* Game Lodge Management Industry .

The incumbent will report to the CEO. Durban based position.

Responsibilities include

Ensure sales targets are exceeded.

Travel to stores in South Africa to lead, hire and train talent (store staff) in stores that achieve 90% on the operations check list,

75% on merchandising score sheet, and average Secret shopper scores of 70% per store;

Manage store routines on time in full on merchandising, stock movements, daily banking, discount approvals etc;

all day to day operation issues involved with stores

Manage store costs to budget with optimal rosters and day to day controls and issues that store staff may have.

Ensure stock loss per store is less than 0.2%.

Provide the CEO with input to drive the development of the brand and product.

Requirements
Proven track record - 5* Game Lodge Industry.
Motivational Team Leader with Outstanding Hospitality knowledge
Sets high service and client relations standards
Well Spoken in English & highly presentable.
Exceptional Client Relations skills.
Accountable and Responsible.
A do whatever it takes, action orientated individual that leads by example.
Tertiary qualification in commerce field.
Systemic thinking and process driven.
Love people and developing them.
Salary R 45 000 to R 50 000 per anum plus incentives.
