Your key job responsibilities as the National Retail Operations Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Managing regional managers and monitoring their performance
- Communications on all branch related updates to branch managers, regional training manager and regional auditors
- Oversee and assist in the decision-making of regional managers. The National Manager signs off on all major decisions
- Issue warnings as per code of conduct and take disciplinary actions against subordinates when required
- Sign off on all overtime for branch managers as well as branch staff
- Sign off and check all incentive calculations
- Oversee and monitor salary calculations and costs
- Monitor overtime usage and costs
- Review branch rosters on a monthly basis to ensure that staff have been correctly deployed
- Do the final review on all branch KPI’s. This includes the final review on branch managers, regional auditors and regional training/recruitment managers
- Mentor regional management in all aspects and guide them where needed
- Ensuring that all is done to the best of your ability to ensure financial success of the branches

Requirements for this National Retail Operations Manager job in Johannesburg:

- At least 5 years’ experience in the gaming industry
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- People Management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to adapt accordingly to unexpected challenges
- Must be able to realign priorities and think out the box
