National Sales and Key Accounts Manager - Howick

KZN Midlands (Howick) concern is urgently seeking a NATIONAL SALES & KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER.


3 – 5yrs+ commercial expertise gained in an FMCG environment and Sales Management. A strong track record in Sales at a management level, with experience in at least two areas of Sales. Particularly critical is previous experience of Key Accounts or other customer facing roles.

Strong leadership and communication skills –written and verbal.

Previous experience of leading / managing others, delivering results through teams and strong track record as a coach. Experience with agencies and Key Accounts is particularly valuable.

Previous exposure to strategy development is valuable but not essential.

Strong project management skills, commercial and financial capability are desired.

Plan and implement Key Account activities.

Manage agents and sales teams to targets.

Plan and implement a relationship development plan to provide value with retailers and agents.

Manage the pipeline of opportunities.

Person must reside in Howick are surrounding areas OR be willing to relocate.
