NATIONAL SALES MANAGER COMPANION ANIMALS

A Global company has a vacancy for a National Sales Manager in the Companion Animal Health division.
Responsible for achieving short and long-term financial targets, ensure sales activities are aligned with company strategy and key product marketing plans, monitor sales activities and expenses monthly to ensure adherence to targets, assist Product Managers in their forecasting activities,
Hiring, leading and developing Territory Managers, to grow business relationships with strategic customers, manage and co-ordinate business strategies with Veterinary Wholesalers
Develop relationships with key customers at senior level, collate reports, participate in setting of strategic objectives, execution of customer collaborative projects, maintain cross functional relationships with Customer Experience Manager, Business Unit Head and Product Managers to ensure sales force excellence.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Science or Business
Minimum of 3 years Managerial experience, preferably in the Animal Health industry
Languages: English and Afrikaans
Willing to travel extensively throughout South Africa
