Our that markets and distributes quality automotive and leisure products and services through selected channels is looking for a National Sales Manager Diesel
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be supporting the Sales function of Diesel Fuel Injection related repair parts as well as workshop equipment needed across the diesel network, which includes:
? Regular interaction with Diesel and Equipment customers
? Market communication to identify gaps in brands and range
? Identify and assist workshop equipment in the market
? Identify and assist diagnostic equipment in the market
? Liaise with regional sales teams at branches in order to service customers from on-site
? Liaise with technical teams to ensure customer support is completed
? Set individual sales and customer budgets together with the sales executive
? Manage and motivate diesel and equipment sales teams in all regions
? Ensure appropriate training, mentoring and coaching programs are put in place to up-skill branch’s
? Continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification and Experience:
? Grade 12 / Matric essential
? Tertiary Qualification – B. Com Business Management or equivalent advantageous
? 5+ years’ experience in the Diesel and/or automotive workshop industry
? Independent, self-motivated, ability to work with diverse teams
? Ability to travel nationally and cross-border
? Computer literate – full MS Office
? Strong organizational skill and analytical skills
? Good customer and inter-departmental communication skills
? Must be able to work under pressure
? Energetic and Sales Focused
Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies through liaising with available resources
? Collaborate with National Sales Exec to establish and recommend realistic sales goals for the company
? Accurate forecasts - annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
