LILLYBEAN PLACEMENTS requires a NATIONAL SALES MANAGER for a leading Agricultural concern. Position available in the KZN MIDLANDS area.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a business related field would be advantageous.
Management skills – ability to drive & retain a high performing sales team.
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English).
Demonstrated business acumen and project management skills.
Strong IT skills – ability to use the computer & business related applications.
Ability to think strategically and make decisions.
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships – both internally & externally.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and still produce results.
Good agricultural knowledge and experience in a similar position or organisation.
Technically orientated.
Ability to build and maintain effective networks.
Be prepared to travel extensively in South Africa as well as Sub-Sahara Africa.
