Leading Global Healthcare Solutions Provider are seeking a National Sales Manager to join their team.
A min of 5 years in a similar role is required coupled with healthcare or medical aid administration experience at management level. Experience in dealing with Corporate as well as Brokers is required

Your skills and experience within the Healthcare/Medical Aid Sector are required to assist with the following:
· At managerial level, innovates, leads and mentors the regional sales team through continual evaluation and assistance with the timely adjustment of strategies.
· Ensures that own and team sales targets are met and recommends changes in approach and policy when such changes serve the best interests of achieving the organisational strategy.
· Manages the target delivery, relationship and communications with Key, corporate and brokers
· Manages the target delivery, relationship and communications with Key employer groups
· Manages the corporate communications with brokers and other stakeholders
· Product specialist and development ensuring this knowledge is transferred to the organisation
· Assist Product Management, Product Marketing, and Distribution Marketing on the roll out of product marketing strategy in the regions
· Compile Business Plans and Sales Strategies with the General Manager
· Compile annual Sales Budget with the General Manager
· Manage Sales Operational Budget
· Management and Development of Business Consultants and Business Representatives
· Accountability for the overall performance of the sales team and for the day-to-day running and management of business development and escalated client management, evaluation and decision making on critical elements throughout the business unit.
· Responsible for the profitability and performance of the business channel and monitoring of the product groups on a daily basis.
· Explore potential partnerships and new business initiatives in order to develop strategic alliances and enhance competitiveness.
· Develop any New Business initiatives that will generate income for the business
· Keeping up-to-date with competitor product and service offering and industry developments
· Responsible and accountable for executing intermediary, business consultant and representative training, support and relationship building in order to be positioned as the product of choice for the intermediary and their clients
· To implement effective strategies that will position the company Distribution Channel as the delivery structure of activities with particular emphasis on the achievement of growing the memberships

Experience and skills:
Min 5 years sales experience in a senior
managerial level in Healthcare or financial
services sectors.
Proven sales track record
Experience within a Medical Aid Administration or
Healthcare environment is essential
