Our client is a South African company specialising in the manufacture of high quality medical textiles, surgical drapes, gowns, procedure packs and decontamination suits. They offer a full outsource rental service with an annual turnover of R50 million.

This position is responsible for the management of the national sales force of the six Sales Representatives and three Regional Agents.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to head up our rapidly growing sales team and manager an annual turnover of R50million.

We are looking for a candidate that is able to transfer his/her experience and training from a large international organisation and establish their own ideas and management style in an innovative and fast growing organisation focused on improving healthcare in South Africa.
Expect to be stretched and pushed outside your comfort zone.

• Well schooled in sales best practices and product management in the South African medical device industry
• Experienced in the theatre environment and theatre protocol
• You must be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in sales management
• You must be able to demonstrate established ‘Leadership Skills’
