MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years relevant sales team leadership and business development management
• Employee development and performance management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales, marketing, financial and operational data and prepare business reports, projections, and recommendations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Spearhead and manage sales operations.
• Lead a team of talented and driven individuals.
• Build partnerships with dealerships in the region.
• Build a market by identifying and calling on the best local dealerships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Effectively communicate sales strategies to the team
• Successfully translate strategies into revenue

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Possess a track record of closing and delivering complex deals with businesses, both face to face and phone based.
• Good influencing skills.
• Ability to inspire, train, and develop sales team.
• Ability to closely manage a sales team ensuring regional and company targets are met.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• A desire to significantly impact business revenue.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
