Dealing with Clients; Interact with potential clients, understand their needs and assist in an overall strategy to bring in new
Strategic Planning; Set up sales targets and have a detail and concise strategy to achieve them. Achieve budgeted targets and market share
Projects; Ability to deliver in terms of deadlines and measurements
Reports; Collate and consolidate sales report on a monthly basis per each sales personnel and per product or service
Team Management; Monitor the team’s monthly performance, adherence of sound labour legislation principles
