Purpose of the Job:

To support & grow local and international sales by managing the entire sales function within a light industry manufacturing business.

Qualifications & Requirements

1.      Tertiary qualifications in Sales & Marketing

2.      At least 5 years in a senior sales & marketing role

Technical Competencies & Experience:

1.      Strong sales experience - direct marketing, advertising, trade fairs & exhibitions

2.      Managing sales teams and their performance

3.      Customers - understanding target markets & market segmentation

4.      Financial analysis & monitoring – stock turns, sales budgets & financial performance

5.      Stock control & warehousing

6.      Suppliers understanding suppliers & supply chain

7.      Competitor analysis

8.      Participating in product innovation
