National Technical Services Manager

The company supplies equipment, services and support to the medical laboratory industry Nationally and in sub-Saharan Africa and requires a Technical Services Manager reporting to the MD.
This is a General Management Role in the Technical Environment; accordingly responsibilities are wide and challenging and include:
To develop and manage the Technical Service Division
To set, implement and manage strategies that meet both internal and external customer demands.
To deliver short and long term growth and profitability to the Technical Service Division.

Skill Set
• Minimum of 5 years Technical Service Management experience.
• 10 years of Technical service experience within the IVD market.
• Qualification in either the Sciences or Engineering disciplines
• Excellent working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• A Management or Business qualification will be advantageous.

R65k pm CTC plus commission
